Ballater Victoria Week (BVW) is an annual community festival held in Ballater, a picturesque village in Royal Deeside, Scotland. 
Typically taking place in the second week of August, wrapping around the Highland Games, BVW offers a diverse range of events suitable for all ages. 
Highlights include: Scarecrow Competition and Trail, Duck Race on The Green, Rufts Dog Show, Hobby Horse Trials and Roller Disco. In addition to these events,
BVW also includes quizzes, discos, ceilidhs, and various sporting and outdoor activities. 
The week serves as a significant fundraiser for local causes, having raised thousands of pounds over the years for various groups and causes in the area.
